1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using amrtk — whether through the website at amrtk.net or through the amrtk mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and amrtk.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account, make a deposit, or use any part of the amrtk platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and use amrtk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or playing.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an amrtk employee.

amrtk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on amrtk. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are detected, amrtk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify amrtk immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• amrtk is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account transfers between players are not permitted under any circumstances.

amrtk may require identity verification (KYC) at any point. This may include a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account restrictions or closure.

4 Deposits and Payments

amrtk accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh:

• bKash — instant deposit, no fees charged by amrtk
• Nagad — instant deposit, no fees charged by amrtk
• Rocket — instant deposit, no fees charged by amrtk
• Bank transfer — processed within standard banking hours

All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. amrtk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to the account holder, amrtk reserves the right to reverse the transaction and restrict the account pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. amrtk does not charge deposit fees on mobile wallet transactions. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside amrtk's control and are your responsibility.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. amrtk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the account.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification before processing.
• amrtk reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of request.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to payment provider timelines.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

amrtk may offer bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus rules that apply across all amrtk promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only — eligibility criteria will be stated per promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.

All games available on amrtk use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. Game RTPs are published on the relevant game pages and are verified by the game providers. amrtk does not modify game RTPs at the platform level.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — amrtk's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be returned to the player's balance.

• Game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the system.
• amrtk is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's internet connection issues.
• Players must not use any software, script, or tool designed to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage.
• Any attempt to exploit game bugs or software vulnerabilities will result in immediate account suspension.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on amrtk. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on amrtk.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method to make deposits or receive withdrawals.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using amrtk for any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing amrtk staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

9 Responsible Gaming

amrtk is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.

• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, amrtk reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard processing checks.

11 Limitation of Liability

amrtk provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While amrtk makes every effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

• amrtk is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or third-party service failures.
• amrtk is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• amrtk is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.
• amrtk's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits amrtk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
